Job Summary

Hiring for Manager Technical to lead Tetra Pak & Syrup production lines (Chocolate Syrup and allied varieties). The role focuses on production planning, food safety compliance, quality assurance, equipment reliability, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure EHS, GMP, HACCP & food safety compliance

  • Execute production plans and manage line operations

  • Monitor quality checks, CCP/OPRP & traceability

  • Improve OEE and reduce breakdowns through TPM/AM

  • Lead shift teams and maintain 5S standards

Qualification

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Instrumentation

  • Chemical Engineering

  • Dairy / Food Technology

Experience

  • 3–7 years in FMCG / Food Manufacturing

  • 1–2 years in shift or line handling role

  • Experience in Tetra Pak / Syrup processing preferred

  • Exposure to production trials, audits & changeover management preferred
