Job Summary

Griffith Foods is hiring a Food Technologist for product development and application in Sauces & Dressings. The role focuses on innovation, cost optimization, process improvement, product commercialization, and technical support for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop products as per customer briefs

  • Cost optimization & raw material rationalization

  • Process optimization for new & existing products

  • Maintain formulations, specifications & trial reports

  • Support new product launches with marketing

  • Troubleshoot technical and processing issues

  • Localization of global recipes

  • Provide technical support to sales and customers

Qualification

B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in:

  • Food Technology

  • Food Science

  • Food Engineering

  • Related Food Science disciplines

Experience

  • Experience in product development preferred

  • Experience in sauces & dressings category preferred

  • Knowledge of HORECA / QSR segment preferred
