Key Responsibilities
Develop products as per customer briefs
Cost optimization & raw material rationalization
Process optimization for new & existing products
Maintain formulations, specifications & trial reports
Support new product launches with marketing
Troubleshoot technical and processing issues
Localization of global recipes
Provide technical support to sales and customers

Experience
Experience in product development preferred
